Internship Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team in Bali. This role involves a wide range of tasks including event management content creation and digital marketing for our global online platforms and our hotel and event series. This unpaid internship is a rare opportunity to work closely with industry leaders including our CEO Ulrich Uhlig and gain invaluable experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and promote our events and educational platforms.
Assist in managing online events and coordinating with speakers and participants.
Create compelling content for various social media platforms and our online academy.
Collaborate with our international team to market our hotel and event series effectively.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media output.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong team player who is willing to work in a multicultural environment.

Desirable:
Previous experience in event management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in content creation tools and digital analytics.
