Job Description:
Looking for a Civil Estimator with extensive experience in civil and underground utility project estimating to take over the bidding and estimating of our federal projects
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in civil and underground project estimating
- Ability to perform quantity takeoffs
- Must have experience with HCSS
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with OnScreen Takeoffs and Earth Calculation Software
- Ability to aggressively follow up on bids
- Wet and dry utility project experience is a must
- Clark County and City of Las Vegas experience a plus
- Knowledge of NDOT Nevada State and Public Works projects a plus
- Knowledge of Federal Highway Administration and USACE Project is a Plus
- Must have OSHA 10 or willing to obtain it

Job Requirements: High School Diploma. 2+ years of experience in crushing plant operations 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of crushing plant equipment, processes, and procedures Experience with maintenance and repair of crushing plant equipment Ability to prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions and a dusty environment) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
