Job Description

- Validate Purchase Requisitions and prepare RFQs
- Invite quotations from vendors and prepare Quotation Comparative statements
- Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate to shortlist vendors
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities ensuring conversion of PR to PO with minimum turnaround time
- Coordinate with Stores Department for Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Assist Commercial Head in Project Management, Payment Plans, Yearly Budgets etc.
- Manage contracts of all agreements including communication with vendors and assist HOD in dispute resolution
