- Process Heavy Vehicle permits applications ensuring accuracy and quality document management
- Provide enquiry response and advice to various organisations relating to class permits
- Utilise information systems to input, update, query information and extract data appropriate to class permits processing
- Respond effectively to queries, compliments, complaints and appeals
- Liaise with other departments, interstate and Commonwealth agencies, transport and industry peak bodies as directed
- Write and review departmental correspondence in accordance with departmental standards
