Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law from a university; Swiss qualification is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or IT law, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
- Proficiency in processing and drafting contracts, particularly in digital environments such as SaaS and Cloud Computing, as well as in IT law.
- Hands-on experience in contract creation, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Fluent in both English and German languages is required.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
