Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the order to cash process including invoicing, cash application, and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain customer accounts and manage collections activities
- Prepare monthly reports and provide analysis on receivables performance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
