Key Responsibilities
- Contribute security guidance and operational best practices
- Operate and monitor security tools such as Antivirus, VA scan, WAF, PAM, DNS, Certificate, Firewall and Proxy
- Manage and support security requests and incidents through ITSM
- Manage security operations, perform problem and root cause analysis
- Identify security gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
- Collaborate with IT teams for ongoing external and internal audit assessments
