Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Health Insurance CPAS Solution Implementation

Job Description:
Role: Technical Program Manager Experience: 810 years

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

Oversee the technical aspects of the CPAS solution implementation ensuring that
the system architecture design and functionalities align with the company goals
and objectives.
Provide technical guidance to the project team ensuring that best practices and
standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Program Management:

Coordinate and manage multiple technical projects within the larger CPAS solution
implementation ensuring seamless integration with thirdparty components like
Hospital Information System Payment Gateway Oracle Fusion and KYC solution.
Develop technical roadmaps timelines and milestones in coordination with the
Project Manager and Business Analyst.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors IT teams
and business units to ensure technical alignment and efficient program execution.
Act as a technical liaison between the company and thirdparty vendors facilitating
communication and addressing any technical challenges or concerns.

4. Risk Management:

Identify potential technical risks and devise strategies to mitigate them ensuring the
project remains on track.
Monitor technical progress resolving any blockers or issues that may arise during
the implementation.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation ensuring that all system
integrations configurations and modifications are well documented for future
reference.
Provide regular technical progress updates to senior management making
recommendations and adjustments as needed.

6. Team Management:

Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams fostering an environment of
continuous learning and improvement.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure resource availability and allocation
for various technical tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related
field.
810 years of experience in technical program management preferably in health insurance
or related domains.
Deep understanding of technical integrations software development lifecycles and IT
systems especially in the context of CPAS solution implementation.
Proven track record of leading complex technical projects to successful completion.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non
technical stakeholders.
Proficient in program management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with the health insurance domain and associated technologies is a plus.
