Overview:

The Real Estate Sales role is crucial to our organization as it involves interacting with clients to facilitate the buying and selling of properties. This position plays a key role in driving revenue and ensuring client satisfaction through successful real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in lead generation and prospecting activities to identify potential clients
  • Advise clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters
  • Coordinate property closings and oversee the signing of documents
  • Present properties and accompany clients to property site visits
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions
  • Prepare and review property listings
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding property buying selling and renting
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
  • Collaborate with legal finance and property management departments
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying selling and rental process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field
  • Real Estate License
  • Proven track record in real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of property management principles is a plus
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for real estate
  • Understanding of property marketing techniques
