Location: Bengaluru
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to join our team. The Consultant will play a key role in leading and delivering learning and development projects for our clients ensuring highquality solutions that meet their needs and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead client assignments and oversee the delivery of learning and development projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
2. Develop organizational development (OD) and learning solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients utilizing industry best practices and innovative approaches.
3. Manage a team of three or four consultants who are responsible for client management and project delivery providing guidance support and mentorship as needed.
4. Take ownership of performance metrics for consulting projects including customer satisfaction quality surveys and project turnaround times.
5. Independently engage with external clients at senior levels building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on HR consulting matters.
6. Collaborate with the consulting head to finalize critical business strategies related to HR consulting initiatives.
Required Competencies:
1. Exceptionally structured and highly disciplined in time management ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to deadlines.
2. Ability to understand client needs and conduct diagnostic discussions to identify underlying issues and challenges.
3. Strong communication skills both written and spoken English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
5. Excellent presentation design and delivery skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
6. Knowledge of training audio and HR consultant models and systems demonstrating expertise in learning and development methodologies.
Compensation:
- 67 lakhs per annum plus incentives based on performance.
