Responsibilities:
1.Project Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and create detailed project plans.
Define project scope goals and deliverables.
Allocate resources and manage project timelines to ensure ontime delivery.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
2.Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
Lead and oversee the entire SDLC including requirements analysis design development testing
deployment and maintenance.
Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline the development process and improve
efficiency.
Work closely with development teams to ensure code quality adherence to coding standards and
version control.
3.DevOps Integration:
Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Automate build test and deployment processes to increase productivity and reduce manual errors.
Monitor and optimize system performance scalability and reliability.
4.DevSecOps Implementation:
Integrate security practices into the development and deployment pipeline.
Conduct security assessments vulnerability scans and code reviews.
Implement security controls and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
5.Collaboration and Communication:
Foster collaboration between development operations and security teams.
Facilitate crossfunctional meetings retrospectives and knowledge sharing sessions.
Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders translating requirements into
actionable plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proven experience in project management SDLC management DevOps and DevSecOps.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes AWS/Azure/GCP
and security tools.
Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP Agile certifications) DevOps (e.g. AWS Certified
DevOps Engineer Docker Certified Associate) and/or security (e.g. CISSP CEH) are a plus.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCIDSS HIPAA or GDPR.
