Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a product ops role. In this role you will play a pivotal part in the development and enhancement of our lending platform paying full attention to the bigger picture by applying operational discipline to the entire crossfunctional team. You will help set a path to ensure the rest of the team PMs developers project managers customer support sales can perform under the best possible circumstances.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving key initiatives for the Product Management team and initiatives that span across multiple teams.
  • Setting up maintaining and analysing key dashboards for the PM team to track and report on user behaviour feature usage product adoption and product metrics.
  • Owning the product adoption and growth of the Platform offerings and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop initiatives to scale the product adoption.
  • Driving organisational process improvements based on insights gained from metrics.
  • Collaborating with product management leadership to continuously improve datadriven decisionmaking processes.
  • Building and delivering reports for key organisational operations reviews and ensuring that product metrics stay relevant and current.
  • Tracking and ensuring accurate reporting on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the corresponding Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Planning and organising user interviews and other market research activities.
  • Overseeing quality assurance checks on new features.
  • Developing business processes to streamline product development.
  • Managing tools (for roadmapping prototyping etc.) that the product team uses.
  • Working closely with support BD risk and ops teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 01 years of experience designing and shipping products as part of a crossfunctional product team or product operations.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong background in product management and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and organisational levels.
  • Knowledge of UX Engineering QA and business operations processes.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management and support tools for user and usage monitoring.
  • Experience in rolling out process changes across multiple functional areas.
  • Has very strong program/project management skills and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills fostering an inclusive and communicative environment.
