It does so by providing services and advice to governments and migrants._ - **Context**:_ Under the general guidance of the IOM Qatar Chief of Mission and the Senior Protection Coordinator, the overall supervision of the MHPSS Programme Manager and the direct supervision of the Family and Community Support Coordinator, the incumbent will be performing the following functions and responsibilities. - **Core Functions / Responsibilities**:_ - Organize a comprehensive schedule of activities with Qatar Red Cross (QRC) volunteers and IOM teams. - Support in conducting capacity building needs assessments. - Liaise with Community Engagement, MHPSS, Education, MHD and Protection to help develop and validate beneficiary selection criteria for the right community engagement activities. - Assist the unit in identifying key counterparts, stakeholders, contributors, and IOM partners who are instrumental in the implementation and achievement of Family and Community Support activities objectives. - Work closely with community stakeholders to assist in the planning and execution e of mobilization activities. - Support the project’s relationship with IOM partners and other stakeholders. - Organize public events such as outreach campaigns, training events, stakeholder’s meetings, and workshops. - Assist the Family and Community Support Coordinator in delivering all community engagement activities and ensuring promote active participation from CAS community. - Seek and integrate feedback from CAS community to plan the logístical elements of the activities (e.g., room booking, catering, order supplies). - Support in content development to promote MHPSS and assist in maximizing participation, as needed. - Effectively work with community leaders and volunteers to provide and seek feedback regarding community engagement activities to help improve the community engagement activities.
