Your Mission

  • Packaging Trailblazer: Lead the design and development of cuttingedge power modules based on the company's transformative power switch technology.
  • Crossfunctional leader: Collaborate extensively with device process and product engineers to ensure modules exceed all requirements.
  • Technical Strategist: Define near and longterm product roadmaps prioritizing development activities for success.
  • Design Optimizer: Leverage simulations and testing to guarantee modules meet stringent performance and reliability targets.
  • Customer Champion: Interface directly with customers for sampling evaluation and failure analysis to ensure superior customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Technical Depth: Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Solid State Physics.
  • Proven Experience: 5 years in power semiconductor technologies with a strong understanding of MOSFETs IGBTs and BJTs.
  • Design Expertise: Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks AutoCAD Altium etc.) and simulation software (COMSOL Ansys etc.)
  • Reliability Focus: Indepth knowledge of power module reliability failure modes and testing methodologies.
  • HandsOn Approach: Experience with assembly processes (wire bonding die attach molding etc.) and common packaging materials.
