Qualification: Degree Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: Min. 15 Years

Location: Ananad Gujarat

Salary: Upto 20.00 Lacs P/A

Job Description :

1. Qualified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949 ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
2. Process Audit of Company Product.
3. Ensuring reduction in quality complaints by effective handling and coordination with Marketing and Production Department.
4. Quality check of all incoming raw material to ensure required specification.
5. Management Representative for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
6. To take timely corrective actions in order to minimize targeted reductions.
7. Ensuring total compliance related to ISO Certification.
8. Coordination Implementation and total compliance for customers Audit in order to fulfill their requirements.
9. Planning and carrying out internal Quality Audit.
10. To generate effective Management Information Services (MIS) such as CAPA customer complaints Quarterly MRM minutes Yearly quality objective finalization in the company.
11. Periodic Calibration and testing of all the Testing Equipments / Instruments departmentally or by arranging Outside Agencies.
12. Planning for the implementation of IMS system (ISO).
