Job Description

We are seeking an associate with 13 years of general litigation experience in Texas and federal courts to join our Labor and Employment team.

The preferred location for this position is San Antonio; however we will also consider candidates in Dallas and Houston.


Requirements

Previous experience or background with employmentrelated litigation is helpful and an interest in transitioning from a general litigation practice to employmentrelated litigation is required. The associate will be responsible for litigating employmentrelated claims representing employers before administrative agencies and providing services to employers in employmentrelated matters.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels. Admission to practice law in Texas is required.
