Job Description

  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply provided that the Internship has a vast exposure when it comes to Sourcing and Recruitment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in full life cycle recruitment delivery for defined business areas.
  • Understanding job requirements and client company s products and business areas
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels recruitment campaigns internet searches networking groups social media database searches and referrals.
  • Identify costeffective solutions for delivering effective recruitment services to the business.
  • Contacting candidates via email Linkedin and phone to book appointments
  • Verifying candidate details when appointment booking is unsuccessful.
  • Followup contact and engagement with booked and unbooked candidates.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Sourcing
  • Knowledgeable about the Employee Referral Program and Job Portals.
  • Experience in recruiting for technology companies (Software preferred)
  • Proven experience of direct sourcing recruitment/headhunting
  • Driven to produce results in a fastpaced and fluctuating environment.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills at all levels including interpersonal skills phone skills and interviewing skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify ways to improve our processes.
  • You will be passionate about recruitment and technology.
  • Willingness to learn and further professional development in recruitment
