Regional Account Manager


The Regional Account Manager will provide a heightened level of service and support while deepening the relationship with our active customers. The Account Manager s responsibilities include growing the company s revenue by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities. A successful Account Manager will be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining and growing their business with Fluid Truck.


Location: Denver CO


Compensation: $55000 $60000 monthly bonus opportunity


Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will be to ensure a world class customer experience.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with active customers with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth.

  • Addressing and resolving key customer complaints.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between active customers and internal teams.

  • Compiling reports on account progress goals and forecasts for various teams and stakeholders.

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

  • Cross train members of the customer care team to ensure a seamless experience for the customer

  • Oversee the customer care workflow to optimize the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to determine the appropriate fleet allocation per market.

  • Work collaboratively with the RSM to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new customers.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of proven experience in account management.

  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics

  • Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities and requirements under time constraints.

  • Highly conscientious follow up and problem solving skills

  • Proficient in CRM software.

  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.

  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally.

  • Proficient in a web based and mobile app driven environment with the ability to use a variety of systems and technologies.
