Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Architect you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data solutions. You will collaborate with divisional teams understand business requirements and lead the development of robust data architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling database management and the ability to align data architecture with Product teams goals.

Responsibilities:

Data Modeling: Design and implement scalable and efficient data models considering both relational and nonrelational databases to meet business requirements.

Database Management: Oversee database management systems ensuring optimal performance security and compliance with best practices.

Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies standards and procedures to ensure data quality privacy and compliance.

Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts data scientists and software developers to understand data requirements and provide architectural guidance.

Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the data team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in datarelated processes optimizing queries and database performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Proven experience (15 years) as a Data Architect or in a similar role

Must to have Master data management experience having CustomerProduct MDM experience is a plus

Good Experience in implementing Snowflake and DBT (must to have)

Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus

Indepth knowledge of data modeling principles and methodologies

Experience with cloudbased data solutions (e.g. AWS)

Experience with CICD

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must to have)

Leadership experience in guiding data teams

Relevant certifications (e.g. Snowflake and DBT) are a plus.
