Featherbank Selection is currently engaged in a search for a dynamic and strategic Head of Learning and Development for a leading Yorkshirebased healthcare provider. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: As the Head of Learning and Development you will provide strategic direction and leadership for the L&D function aligning it with the company's overarching vision and values.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of L&D professionals fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Program Development: By analysing the existing learning and development programs you will have the opportunity to adapt and reshape the function to enhance employee capabilities foster career growth and drive organisational success.
- Training Delivery: Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of training initiatives ensuring they are engaging impactful and aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation including senior leadership HR and operational teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Budget Management: Manage the L&D budget effectively maximizing resources to deliver highquality training solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: With previous experience as a senior L&D professional you will have successfully shaped an L&D function preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic L&D initiatives that drive organisational growth and performance.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Collaborative Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in L&D HR or a related field are highly desirable.
