Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and technologies with a focus on streamlining development deployment and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance reliability and scalability
• Manage and configure cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Continuously improve DevOps processes and practices through automation and innovation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash Python or Ruby
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• BFSI domain experience is preferred but not required
