As part of this growth we are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Litigator to join our clients dynamic team. The hiring firm are a friendly and relaxed law firm seeking likeminded lawyers.

1. Caseload Management: Effectively manage a litigated caseload related to housing disrepair cases.
   
2. Legal Representation: Provide expert legal representation for clients in court proceedings and hearings.
   
3. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs provide legal advice and update them on case progress.
   
4. Legal Research: Stay informed about relevant laws regulations and precedents related to housing disrepair litigation.
   
5. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients striving for optimal outcomes.
   
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.
   
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate case files and documentation.
   

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigator.
   
2. Qualified solicitor/Legal Executive. Ideally gained litigation experience over a period of 3 years.
   
3. Competent Civil Litigator
   
4. Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
   
5. Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills to handle a busy caseload effectively.
   
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
   
7. Communication: Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.
