Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
  • Employ various methods (networking cold calling social media outreach etc.) to identify potential clients seeking technical talent and/or development services.
  • Conduct thorough research to create a targeted list of prospects.
  • Initiate conversations present our services and schedule indepth consultations.
  • Client Onboarding and Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct indepth needs assessments to understand client pain points and desired outcomes for development work and talent needs.
  • Seamlessly onboard new clients ensuring all procedures and documentation are completed effectively.
  • Sourcing Development Projects
  • Proactively network and utilize existing relationships to identify and secure software development projects aligned with our teams expertise.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to assess project feasibility and potential profitability.
  • Proposal Creation and Negotiation:
  • Prepare compelling proposals outlining project scope timelines costs and talent options.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build strong lasting relationships with clients fostering trust and becoming their goto resource for their technical needs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (recruiting project management) to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 12 years of proven experience in sales or business development ideally in the staffing or IT services industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Networker: Adept at building relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Selfdriven: Demonstrated ability to work independently proactively seeking and qualifying leads.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Technology Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development concepts and technologies is a plus.
