Overview:
The IT Business Analyst Configuration plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and IT in order to enhance and optimize the configuration of IT systems. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field
- Proven experience as a business analyst in IT configuration or related role
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems configuration principles
- Proficiency in system analysis design and documentation
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience with configuration management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Certification in business analysis or related field is a plus
- Understanding of IT governance and compliance requirements
