Job Description
Job Role: IT System Administration
Experience: 10 years
Location: Doha Qatar
Duration: Longterm
Job Content:
An IT System Administrator will be responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of KM servers and storage systems collaborating with the IT team and vendor performing routine maintenance and support
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuring and maintaining the Servers including hardware system software and applications.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware software networking and system issues when they arise.
Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the servers
Providing technical support when requested.
Documenting any processes which employees need to follow to successfully work within our computing system.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Good command in English
Extremely diligent and attentive to details.
Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills
Ability to cope under pressure and balancing multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of project management and IT governance.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
A relevant IT bachelor s degree MCSE/CCNA VMWARE Azure GCP Certification is an advantage.
ITIL Certified
Experience: Total of 10 years of experience in the same field.
