Job Content:
As an IT systems operator will be responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of KM computer systems collaborating with the IT team and vendor for performing routine maintenance and maintaining equipment inventories.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up Servers Storage and other hardware devices.
Meeting with the IT team to determine the sequence of operations.
Monitoring servers Storage and other devises
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and software errors.
Responding to user requests Internal IT Vendors and problems.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Ensuring the security of the company s computer systems.
Knowledge of modern operating systems Windows Linux Enterprise networking and Office software.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Good command in English
Extremely diligent and attentive to details.
Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills
Ability to cope under pressure and balancing multiple priorities.
Strong understanding of project management and IT governance
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
A relevant IT bachelor s degree MCSE/CCNA VMWARE Azure GCP Certification is an advantage.
Proven work experience as a IT systems Operator
Experience: Total of 5 years of experience in the same field
