Job Description

Urgent Requirement:
- Document collection and verification for shortlisted candidates
- Handle Back Ground Checks for new hires (coordinate with respective agencies) and maintain records
- Manage new hire orientation and onboarding (Joining Forms ID creations Welcome Email etc.)
- Support in administering employee benefits such as Health Insurance programs
- Assist in conducting compensation benchmarking and research
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits
- Manage / support in handling employee complaints and grievances
- Maintain / keep uptodate HR portal with current Org structure employee details and upload / update relevant documents
- Maintain HR documentation including employee files and HR related correspondence
- Assist in drafting HR policies procedures and employee communication
- Coordinate employee offboarding
- Coordinate with Ops teams to organize and complete timely employee appraisals
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees
- Help track employee training progress and maintain training records
- Assisting monthly payroll activities
- Stay uptodate with labour laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are in compliance.
- Assist in preparing and filling necessary reports related to HR compliance
