Overview

The Weekend Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction during weekend operations. This position is essential in maintaining the companys sales targets and providing excellent service to customers during hightraffic periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate weekend sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for weekend operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability during weekends
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve weekend performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement weekendspecific promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during weekend shifts
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the weekend sales team
  • Report weekend sales performance to senior management
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales environment during weekends
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and productive team culture
  • Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
  • Monitor and manage weekend sales budgets and expenses
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Understanding of retail compliance standards and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and MS Office
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items
