UX Researcher

• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand research needs and work crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders including data scientists engineering and partner service managers to gain deeper insights.
• Define research questions and select appropriate data collection methods to deliver stakeholderrelevant value at any stage of the business.
• Recruit and conduct indepth user interviews surveys and usability tests to gather insights and understand user behaviors and needs.
• Analyze research findings to identify user pain points goals and opportunities for improvement. Utilize established measurement frameworks and methodologies to evaluate current user experiences against redesigned or new designs assessing effectiveness efficiency and satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive documentation outlining identified opportunities refined processes and evaluated outcomes utilizing theoretical frameworks to provide structured analysis and insights.
• Communicate findings with large leadership and crossfunctional teams.

• Bachelor s degree in Research Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional UX Research experience with a robust portfolio.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods including usability testing interviews surveys field studies card sorting and analytics.
• Ability to analyze and interpret research data for actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective crossfunctional team communication.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma Miro and Jira is a must.
