Job Description:
- Conduct Linear and NonLinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to evaluate the structural performance of mechanical components Subsystems and systems.
- Utilize CAE software tools such as Ansys Workbench to create and mesh finite element models define boundary conditions weld bead creation bolts pretension analysis and apply material properties.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop optimized designs and validate engineering solutions using CAE methodologies.
- Perform static and dynamic analyses to assess structural strength durability and reliability under various loading conditions.
- Interpret simulation results identify design weaknesses or areas for improvement and provide recommendations for design modifications within the committed delivery dates.
- Coordination with onsite engineers & take ownership of the project.
- Generate comprehensive engineering reports and technical documentation to communicate analysis findings and recommendations to project stakeholders with mutually agreed result format.
- Participate in design reviews crossfunctional team meetings and collaborative discussions to support product development initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends advancements in CAE technology and best practices in structural analysis to continuously improve analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Summarize the analysis results and interpret with respect to physical testing analytical calculations and kinematic tool reaction predictions.
