Job Description

Position: Manager Brand Marketing and Communications
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Enhancement:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand
visibility and promote awareness of our service offerings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all
channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand
differentiation.
2. Marketing Campaign Management:
Lead the planning execution and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive
brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and
optimal return on investment.
Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of marketing
initiatives.
3. Event and Seminar Sponsorship Management:
Oversee the planning and execution of branding and marketing activities in
seminars and events focusing on strategic partnerships with prestigious
institutes such as ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) IIA (Institute
of Internal Auditors) and similar organizations.
Manage the branding and marketing efforts in seminars and events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and key
stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and engagement opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives through postevent analysis
and feedback adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
4. Collateral Development and Management:
Lead the creation and management of marketing collateral including brochures
presentations and other materials.
Ensure the consistency of branding elements and messaging across all collateral
to enhance the overall brand image.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and
impactful materials that effectively communicate key messages to target
audiences.
5. Internal Branding:
Spearhead internal branding initiatives to create a compelling and resonant
brand identity within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent messaging and
alignment with company values leaving a lasting impact on employees.
Foster a sense of pride and engagement by effectively communicating the
company's mission vision and values through various internal channels.
6. Communication and Public Relations:
Oversee the development of compelling and cohesive messaging for internal and
external communication.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage crisis communication strategies and handle media inquiries
/communication effectively.
7. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment encouraging continuous
learning and professional growth.
Set clear goals and expectations ensuring the team's alignment with
organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the business development team and service lines to ensure
integrated and aligned marketing and communication strategies.
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and senior management providing
regular updates and insights.
8. Collaboration with External Partners:
Collaboratively work with external vendors including PR agencies and design
teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and communication
strategies.
Manage relationships provide clear directives and ensure deliverables align with
the overall brand vision and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and productive partnership to enhance the quality and
effectiveness of external services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; Master's
degree preferred.
7 years of experience in a midmanagement level branding marketing or
communications role.
Proven success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies and
marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.
