Make sure the candidate knows this is a customer facing position. Communication skills need to be great. This is a handson position. This person will be talking to customers and will have to speak to solutions. They have come across a lot of fake certifications. Make sure this person is sharp.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our clients team as part of their digital technology services team. In this role you will play a crucial role as a principal solution consultant who will attend presales calls engage prospective clients understand their business requirements and create Statements of Work (SOW). Additionally you will work closely with onsite sales and delivery teams on internal and external customer designs implementations maintenance and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement and Solution Development.
• Act as a clientfacing member of our sales pursuit team contributing to the development of comprehensive solutions aligned with client needs and strategic business objectives.
• Lead endtoend solution and technical Statement of Work (SOW) creation including conducting scoping workshops questionnaires and solution discussions.
• Conduct highlevel conversations with client stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between our solutions and their interests effectively showcasing our clients capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including customers to design winning solutions that exceed expectations.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience:
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in crosscultural and consulting environments delivering highquality Solution Architecture to a diverse clientele.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Demonstrate technical expertise across IT infrastructure domains including storage virtualization data center network and cloud technologies.
  • Deep understanding of various service assurance and automation tools ITIL/ITSM processes pricing models IT spend analysis business case development TCO and ROI analysis.
• ProblemSolving and Communication:
  • Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced environments and demonstrate exceptional complex problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Additional Expertise in:

• Cloud Solutions:
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Private Public and Hybrid Cloud solutions with a preference for experience with Azure IaaS PaaS and SaaS offerings.
• Data Center Design:
  • Proven experience in architecting scalable and efficient data center solutions encompassing both onpremises and cloudbased architectures.
• Server Storage OS Virtualization & Consolidation:
  • Expert in virtualization technologies for both onpremise and cloud environments.
  • Extensive experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Hyperconverged infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter edition.
• Enterprise Networking:
  • Experience with networking technologies and solutions for traditional and cloudbased infrastructures including Cisco Palo Alto Juniper Aruba and Fortinet technologies.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
  • Proven track record in designing disaster recovery and backup solutions for both onpremise and cloud environments.
  • Ability to implement business continuity and recovery strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations during disruptive events.
• Microsoft M365 E5:
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration solutions offered by Microsoft 365 Enterprise suite.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices for safeguarding both onpremise and cloudbased environments.
• Mobile Device Management solutions:

Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions such as Intune or equivalent platforms
