Job Summary: Position: Data Modeling Location: Remote Start Date: 1st June 2024 Duration: 1 year Requirements: Advanced to expert data modeling skills knowledge in the use support and administration of a data modeling tool/repository advanced knowledge in Oracle Database and generation of DDLs. Knowledge of California Pension Law/Regulations and transition into system code and databases. Advanced knowledge in Health Enrollment functions general knowledge in the software development lifecycle. Experience with the development of training materials and conducting training. Deliverables: Enhancements to support system releases emergency fixes (System Change Requests Production & Database Change Requests) and knowledge transfer to data modeling team members. The job involves various aspects of the application lifecycle including the analysis of data requirements the development of data models the documentation of these models the publication of the models the generation of the DDL the support of the testing and the release of the enhancement. The job also includes basic and intermediate data modeling training to existing and future state employees within the Data Modeling Team. The training will include the development of training materials as well as conducting the training.
