Responsibilities:
  • Manage Gsuite administration.
  • Manage Zoho technical help desk tickets Lead the administration configuration and optimization of our Zoho applications including CRM Creator Campaigns Desk Books and others.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement customizations within the Zoho suite.
  • Customize and extend Zoho applications to align with our business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain workflows automation and integrations to improve operational efficiency. Create and manage user roles profiles and permissions within Zoho applications.
  • Provide training and support to users on Zoho applications ensuring effective utilization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications including data inconsistencies errors and user concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator/ Application Support/ Zoho Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in various Zoho applications focusing on CRM and workflow automation.
  • Proven experience in customizing Zoho applications using features like modules fields custom functions and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
  • Experience in GSuite management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Deluge) for customization and workflow automation. Basic experience in web and UI development.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with endusers stakeholders and technical teams. Zoho certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with other CRM or cloudbased platforms is advantageous.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
