Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect
Location: San Diego CA
Duration : FullTime Role
Job Description:
Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
Experience as a Technical Lead
Extensive handson experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service DeliveryEmployee Service Management applications including:
HR Case Management
HR Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center (Portal)
Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
Employee Document Management
Performance Analytics for HR
Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday SAP SuccessFactors)
Integration experience with directories such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
Web Services JDBC SFTP integration experience
Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript Jelly one or more Web Services XML HTML and CSS
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
