Kuku FM is an AI enabled storytelling platform and leading Audio OTT that delivers a seamless and immersive audio streaming experience to users worldwide. We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation usercentric design and a diverse content library.
Overview:
It is a pivotal role that will contribute in enhancing user experience by optimizing the Discovery and Engagement experience of our Audio OTT platform. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of relevant work experience a passion for audio content and a proven track record of delivering successful product solutions in the digital media & OTT space.
- Discovery Optimization:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user behaviors preferences and pain points related to content discovery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance content discoverability recommendation algorithms and search capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented changes and iterate accordingly.
- Product Development:
- Work on product features and ideas which will improve the engagement of the users on the app
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation to release ensuring timely delivery of highquality features.
- Conduct A/B testing and user feedback sessions to gather insights and refine product features.
- User Experience Enhancement:
- Champion usercentered design principles to create an intuitive and delightful discovery experience.
- Collaborate with design teams to create wireframes prototypes and user interface designs that align with user expectations.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in product management preferably in the digital media gaming or streaming industry.
- Proven experience working on Discovery Machine learning and Search products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
