The role:
We re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to propel our growth and expand our footprint in the tech industry & portfolio of customers in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal to our mission requiring a balance of strategy enthusiasm and precision. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities engaging with potential clients and showcasing the value that Blue Code Solutions brings to their tech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to engage new clients particularly tech companies in the Netherlands
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects understanding their needs and aligning our services
  • Visit customers onsite when required rest of the time can be in remote
  • Collaborate with CEO HR Manager and Recruitment team to deliver a unified and attractive proposition to clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends to guide strategic decisions
  • Oversee the sales process from first contact to deal closure ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Travel to our office in Alicante a few times per year either for meetings or company team events
  • Report on sales metrics and progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
  • Tech enthusiastic with relevant network
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role ideally within the IT or technology market
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
  • Independent and proactive capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Native Dutch and proficiency in English
