- We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister (Supreme Court of England and Wales/English Bar) or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or equivalent relevant qualification with substantial childcare experience.
- The successful candidate will be a highly competent qualified lawyer with an indepth knowledge of all aspects of Childcare law and a professional and organised approach to their work.
Good working knowledge of legislation, current case law, court procedure and experience in drafting legal documents and legal correspondence, giving legal advice, gathering and analysing evidence, undertaking advocacy, filing documents at court and dealing with the administration associated with litigation. Competent at legal research and comfortable dealing directly with clients, solicitors, barristers and court personnel. The successful candidate will be highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload and able to work under pressure. Flexible and show an ability to use initiative, manage competing deadlines and work as part of a team on their own initiative.
