As a Technical Lead IT Operations you will:
  • Play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of application infrastructure from initiation to decommissioning ensuring the availability and stability of serverbased applications in line with agreed service levels (SLAs).
  • Support the integration of applications into the existing middleware and infrastructure framework encompassing a variety of technical platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the performance of applications actively contributing to the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Work closely with System Managers and support teams providing technical insights and reporting on service delivery performance according to the SLAs.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide support teams towards resolution.
  • Indepth knowledge of SLAs with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding service standards.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical solutions procedures and best practices thereby contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Handson experience with administration of operating systems including but not limited to Microsoft and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
  • A solid understanding of IT security principles and extensive experience in Application Operations and SLA maintenance.
  • Technical expertise in IT infrastructure domains including Server Storage Network Middleware and Support systems.
  • Experience with automation tools and configuration/deployment management systems like Salt Ansible Jenkins pipelines or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
