Project Manager

Were seeking a Project Manager for our Remote ColdFormed Steel Group in Florida responsible for project management and client development. This role entails growing our presence in the Florida market through managing projects and nurturing client relationships with a focus on coldformed steel construction.

Key Responsibilities

This role entails overseeing structural design efforts across multiple projects focusing on coldformed steel framing systems for healthcare commercial residential and institutional buildings nationwide. Responsibilities include managing project budgets and schedules reviewing engineering drawings and calculations leading a team of Engineers and CAD/BIM Technicians providing client communication and project management facilitating business development efforts and performing structural design and construction administration tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural design of coldformed steel building structures. Some experience with oversight is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of coldformed steel design and strong working knowledge of AISI standards
• Have ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
• Leadership mentality and ability to work well with others.
• Professional Engineer Licensure required.
• Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including CFS Designer & RISA.
