The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Director, and is responsible for executing the Brand strategy. Your creativity, effective communication skills, effective project management and hands-on work style will further drive our brands to grow . You will collaborate with our Marketing, Creative, Leadership Teams. You must be a a team player, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and able to do what it takes to get the job done with minimal advance notice.
Marketing Communications:

Develop and communicate new ideas for marketing campaigns that support business strategies.

Coordinates and assist the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns to support the strategy and plan.
.
Oversee annual marketing budget and is responsible for executing tasks within budget.
.
Communicates proactively with locations’ commercial teams concerning upcoming campaigns.
.
Collaborates with Social Media Specialist to develop and improve paid search and social campaigns including ad copy, keywords and targeting.
.
Develop content in partnership with the team to share across channels.
.
Work with Marketing Analyst to measure the results of each campaign and present the findings to key internal stakeholders.
.
Continuously analyse data to gain insight into marketing effectiveness and adjust the marketing implementation plan as necessary.
.
Manages development, printing, and distribution of collaterals and other materials.
.
Conducting market research, competitive analysis, media, and influencer research
.
Assisting with completion of comprehensive brand analysis documents – messaging, digital footprints, competitive analysis, etc.
.
Project management support for communications and marketing programs. Including developing and managing work back schedules, deliverables tracking, and more.
.
Researching, ideating, drafting, and co-creating original content.
Brand Management:
.
Act as a brand steward, having a deep knowledge of the brand architecture, positioning, and customer segments, and applying this consistently across all marketing activities.

Understand market trends and manage the categories according to the evolving competitive landscape and changing consumer needs.
.
Responsible for executing brand positioning, brand awareness, and product pipeline for the brand, including managing timelines across all departments of the stages of innovation process.
.
Continuously mine consumer, culture, and category insights that help guide breakthrough ideas.
.
Lead cross-functional team, creating and inspiring a culture of collaboration and thought-partnership across multiple teams (e.g., Culinary, Operations, Insights, Marketing Communications, Marketing Execution, Marketing Analytics) to bring projects from idea to launch.

Executes marketing plans, tests and launch activities. Manages and oversees relevant product launches and coordinates launch activities, including oversight of the assigned items featured in the monthly Product Launch Kit.

Creates and maintains a weekly tracking list of product pipelines issues and next steps.
