Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to customers effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers providing exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends market conditions and competitors offerings to effectively position our products and services.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products sales techniques and industry developments through ongoing training and selfdevelopment.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to secure new business and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
• Experience working on a commissiononly basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
