The responsibility of the TA advisor is to ensure the company attracts hires (and retains) the best employees while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline. Are you a talented HR professional looking for a new challenge

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters Esther and Mickael to assist with TA activities.
• Coordinate TA Employer branding campaigns such as fairs and LinkedIn activities.
• Maintain ATS systems during the selection process for shortlisted candidates.
• Reporting data analytics expertise is an advantage.
• Screen and assess longlisted candidates.
• Be involved in evaluating business needs for hiring decisions.
• Provide candidate care and sourcing earlystage candidates to prepare for recruiters Esther and Mickael ensuring a great candidate experience from the start.
  

Experience Needed:

• Considerable experience in screening and evaluating candidates
• Interest in employer branding through social media
• Proactive marketing strategy including managing the WCSG (West Coast Supply Group) main page for vacancies and events and implementing questionnaires to increase engagement consistency and diversity.
• Advanced communication presentation and decisionmaking skills
• Fluency in English and Dutch languages
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Psychometric testing is advantageous.
• Nice to have experience in attracting and headhunting international talent.
