Sales - Trainee

1. Training: Complete rigorous training programs to acquire indepth knowledge of AutoCAD software solutions features and benefits.

   
   

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers industry trends and competitive landscape.

   
   

3. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of AutoCAD products to prospective clients.

   
   

4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and followup.

   
   

5. Sales Support: Provide presales and postsales support to customers including product demonstrations technical assistance and troubleshooting.

   
   

6. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools to track progress forecast revenue and prioritize opportunities.

   
   

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  
• Highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
