If youre a Trust & Estates Attorney that wants to take your career to the next level while living life read on!

Youll join the Concierge Planning team of an expanding Client firm in Dallas Texas. Your role is well defined though were flexible in how you approach matters.


Who You Are:

  • A proactive and selfstarting attorney able to collaborate across work streams.
  • Actively licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • Continuous learner curious about creating and developing solutions for our clients
  • Steadfast in your opinions with a low ego in team discussions.


What Youll Do:

  1. As a Trust & Estates Attorney youll advise fiduciaries in probate pleadings and trust administration matters.
  2. Youll draft and administrate estate plans.
  3. Beyond that youll review trust and fiduciary accounting for attorneytrustees.


What Your Impact Is:

  • Youll work with highnetworth clients on some of the largest estates in the state and country.
  • Your personalized plans will help clients avoid lengthy and costly probate processes.
  • Youll preserve the legacies of our Clients and protect their loved ones from predators.




Requirements



Youre a STRONG FIT if you have 6years of experience in estate planning and trust & probate administration.

Note: You must have an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be licensed to practice law in Texas.
