Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Rule Engine Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing rulebased systems and decision engines to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop rulebased systems and decision engines using industrystandard tools and technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business rules into technical specifications.
Implement and configure rulebased systems to automate decisionmaking processes across various business domains.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of rulebased systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for rule enginerelated issues.
Document design specifications configurations and technical processes.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in rule engine development and apply them to enhance existing systems.

Requirements
BTech/MTech/MCA Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in developing rulebased systems and decision engines.
Proficiency in rule engine technologies such as Drools Jess or IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
Strong understanding of rulebased programming paradigms and business rule management systems (BRMS).
Experience with Java/J2EE development and objectoriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
