Production Engineer

We are currently seeking a driven and handson Production Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying bottlenecks in our production processes determining root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new electronicsproduction processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing production equipment and processes.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• Conduct regular assessments of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in engineering or a related field.
• Ability to map and analyze production processes effectively.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Meritorious with previous experience from EMS production.
• Willingness to work handson in the production environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English with good IT skills.
