Tele caller - Fresher

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
• Explaining products or services to potential customers
• Handling customer questions and objections
• Obtaining customer information such as name address and payment method
• Keeping accurate records of conversations with customers
• Following up on leads and maintaining a strong understanding of products or services
• Meeting or exceeding call volume and sales targets
• Building and maintaining a customer database
• Providing information to customers in a clear concise and professional manner
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining a professional and courteous tone during calls
• Adhering to scripts and call guidelines
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure quotas are met
• Updating customer information in the database
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Strong listening and questioning skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales principles
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Customer serviceoriented mindset
• Comfortable working with computer systems and databases
• Ability to adapt to different personality types
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
