Granny Bs Cookies a beloved bakery known for its delicious handmade cookies is seeking a friendly customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude excellent communication skills and a love for all things sweet.
Customer service is one of the most important functions in business today. According to Forbes companies with great customer service outsell their competitors by up to 20%. Modern customers expect quick replies and 24/7 access to information. They also often want things done now. This makes good customer service increasingly difficult as companies grow larger and communication channels increase in number.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
Listen to customers inquiries and concerns and provide helpful and efficient solutions
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and honesty
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Assist with inventory management and restocking products
Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure product availability and quality
Uphold Granny Bs Cookies high customer service standards at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
A love for delicious cookies is a plus!
