Project Manager- LLM and Data Annotation

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage LLM and data annotation projects from inception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan
• Ensure that data annotation processes adhere to quality and accuracy standards
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate as needed
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to project team members
• Oversee budget and cost management for LLM and data annotation projects
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to project team members
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to data annotation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data annotation processes with other operations
• Lead and support the implementation of new data annotation tools and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in project management particularly in data annotation or similar fields
• Strong understanding of data annotation processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Experience in budget and cost management for projects
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
• Experience in implementing new technologies or tools for data annotation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Adaptable and resilient in handling project challenges
